OK...so I'd never heard of cosplay until just a few weeks ago. For those of you who don't know, it's short for costume play. As I've been researching on the web I've learned that there are all types of cosplay events- from simply dressing up, taking pics of yourself (or a group), and posting them to full-blown anime and gaming cons. This seems like a great thing for libraries and teens...so we're in!!!
We'll be attending our first cosplay event in September. It's an anime prom @ the library in Fort Wayne. After that we'll start planning our own stuff. Who's up for a Halloween cosplay event? Wha,ha,ha,ha (that's a scary laugh).
